Transcript excerpt

Excerpt from the lesson transcript

My segment in the Palestine curriculum revolves around two big ideas. The first idea is called Jewish supremacy. This means that in the state of Israel, Jewish people are given more rights than non-Jewish people, especially Palestinians. Jewish supremacy is central to Israeli settler colonialism, which is a process of people moving from their homelands to a different place to settle permanently, taking land, homes, and resources of the people who already lived there.
