Excerpt from the lesson transcript
The Palestinian resistance movement had advocated the liberation of all of Palestine. It had advocated a secular democratic state for everybody in Palestinians, Israelis, Jews, Muslims, and so on. And then rapidly, by 1974, it had moved to a two-state position, saying, we will take a state wherever we can liberate territory.
